We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mobile Meditator® purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll exchange it, replace it or refund your money.

- Your Mobile Meditator comes with a 30 Day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund.
- We do not refund any shipping costs.
- Returns will be assessed a $10.00 restocking fee.
- Your Mobile Meditator comes with a one year warranty. If your cushion has a defect within one year from the date of purchase we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
Instructions
1. Please contact us prior to any warranty claim.
2. Return your Mobile Meditator to the source where it was purchased.
3. If your Mobile Meditator was purchased from this website please follow these instructions:
a) Return the cushion along with the UPC bar code from the bottom of the box to the address below.
b) Please include the reason for returning the cushion. At BrightSpot Solutions, LLC we are constantly striving to improve our products; your explanation will not affect the status of your refund.

5. Once we receive the product(s) and all of the above stipulations have been satisfied, BrightSpot Solutions, LLC will issue a refund for the cost of the product(s). We do not refund shipping costs. Refund processing may take 4-6 weeks.
